A BILL to repeal section eighteen, article one, chapter four of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one,
as amended, relating to repealing the section of the code
which directs the Legislature to prepare a digest or summary
of the budget bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of section relating to preparation by the Legislature
of a digest or summary of the budget bill.
Section eighteen, article one, chapter four of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is
hereby repealed.
Note: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the section of the
code that directs the Legislature to prepare a digest or summary of
the budget bill.
